The use of video resumes continues to grow and the quality of those using them is greatly improving. Does your company allow potential employees to show off their qualities, abilities and interests this way?

A Little Monday Fun - Monster Job Hunter
I recently attended a convention and a film company had a short film they were promoting and thought I would share. Just a little something to make you smile; it is a little odd but still entertaining. :)

NON-TRADITIONAL - Museum Resume CV
I believe I came across this on adsoftheworld.com but I am not positive. The idea was that a museum post its resume outside on the building to help generate interest about its history. There are several ways I could see something like this working towards approaching candidates but not exactly in the same fashion. What are you thoughts?

VIDEO - Ladders' little monster airs some grievances & new "Chairs" video
Here is a behind the scenes look at The Ladders' commercial I posted earlier this week with commentary from several of the little monsters. It is a nice little follow through on the original placement.
Yet another spot for The Ladders job site called "Chairs."
