NON-TRADITIONAL - Arby's Hijacks Billboards with Thought Balloons

While hunting around on the blogosphere I ran across this recent item done by Arby's. All around Atlanta they ran balloons up by billboards as thought bubbles to help spur their campaign on of "I'm thinking Arby's."
This was a rather creative way to take a traditional format like billboards and draw a little more attention to them. I do wonder if they had a chance to run anything like this on a McDonald's or other competitor's billboard.
Although this is regular advertising, I am sure there are ways to adapt a similar theme towards recruitment as far as looking at the standard approaches and adapting them to better fit your company's hiring needs.
